Please read these terms of service ("Terms") carefully. These Terms regulate your use of Lazy Superheroes ("Lazy Superheroes," "LSH," "we," "us," or "our") Minter ("Lazy Super Minter," "app," "service"), which acts as a front-end to the Lazy Superheroes Minter Smart contracts deployed on Hedera Hashgraph network ("Hedera").

These Terms apply to you ("you," or "User") as a user of the Site and Lazy Superheroes apps front-end, including all the products, services, tools and information made available on the Site.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Certain features on the site may be offered while still in "beta" form ("Beta Services"). By accepting these Terms or using the Beta Services, You understand and acknowledge that the Beta Services are being provided as a "Beta" version and made available on an "As Is" or "As Available" basis. The Beta Services may contain bugs, errors, and other problems.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS AND ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF THE BETA SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INTERNET ACCESS FEES, BACK-UP EXPENSES, COSTS INCURRED FOR THE USE OF YOUR DEVICE AND PERIPHERALS, AND ANY DAMAGE TO ANY EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, INFORMATION OR DATA.

In addition, while doing our best to maintain the services and apps, we are not obligated to provide any maintenance, technical, or other support.

Moreover, the services allow access to smart contracts on the Hedera network. Hence, the use is therefore subject to the availability of said network and to the acceptance of any conditions that the latter may require.

NONE OF THE INFORMATION, SERVICES OR MATERIALS OFFERED ON OUR SITE CONSTITUTE, AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO CONSTITUTE, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, TAX, INVESTMENT OR OTHER ADVICE, AND YOU SHOULD NOT ACT OR REFRAIN FROM ACTING BASED ON ANY INFORMATION, SERVICES OR MATERIALS PROVIDED ON THIS SITE.

Site

Lazy Superheroes provides access to a decentralized application ("Application") on the Hedera Hashgraph Network that allows individuals to mint Hedera Tokens ("Assets," "NFTs") and transact using smart contracts ("Smart Contracts").

Using the Lazy Superheroes apps may require that you pay a fee, such as gas charges on the Hedera network, but also platform fees in the form of $LAZY tokens in order to perform a transaction.

Access to the Site

Access to the Site is provided "AS IS" and "as available" basis only. We reserve the right to limit the availability of the Site to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction we so desire and/or to terminate your access to and use of the site, at any time and in our sole and absolute discretion.

Disclaimers; Limitations of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DISCLAIMERS OF LIABILITY CONTAINED HEREIN APPLY TO ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND/OR INJURY WHATSOEVER CAUSED BY OR RELATED TO USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

You may only participate with Smart Contracts on the Site by linking your Wallet on supported wallet extensions. ALL TRANSACTIONS INITIATED THROUGH OUR SERVICE ARE FACILITATED AND RUN BY THIRD-PARTY ELECTRONIC WALLET EXTENSIONS.
